"Gabby" CONWAY - March 2010 Pet of the Month
Hi, my name is Gabby and I am Largo Veterinary Hospital’s March 2010 Pet of the Month. I am a 12-year-old Muted Calico Cat. I am special because for my first airplane ride, my stepdad bought me a $300 alligator bag. Who cares, mother says I’m worth it! I have trained her to feed me and brush me on command at any hour of the day or night. Shh…don’t tell, but my favorite treats are Lean Treats and Temptations. My favorite place to sleep is on my mom’s shoulder but I am allowed to sleep anywhere I wish. I only need and love my mother; I won’t let anyone else catch me or pick me up! |

Hi, my name is Loui and I am Largo Veterinary Hospital’s January Pet of the Month. I am a 5-year-old Domestic Shorthair cat that is a Hurricane Katrina survivor. I am extremely affectionate and love life. I enjoy playing and hanging out with my family more than anything. My favorite treat is wet cat food. Much to my mom’s dismay I love lizards, too! One time my mom threw a ball and I jumped four feet in the air to catch it. My owners love me so much that they let me play in my favorite part of the house: the screened in area around the pool. I am so spoiled that I even get to sleep with my owners. |

If you ask Snipper about me he’ll tell you that I am a pain in the neck but he’ll also tell you that he loves me unconditionally! When I first came home from the SPCA Snipper and I sniffed each other from either side of the door for a couple of days and we have been best pals ever since! I love to cuddle in my moms lap. “Casey” Nichols - May 2009 Pet of the Month
Hi, my name is “Casey” and I am Largo Veterinary Hospital’s May Pet of the Month. I am a 12yr old Domestic Medium Hair. I was adopted from Friends of Strays. I have had a history of stones in my bladder that caused me to have problems urinating. I had to have a surgery called urethrostomy that gave me a “new” way of urinating. I am on a special diet now and doing well. I love to greet everyone who comes to the door. A funny story about me is that we moved into a house with glass doors and I couldn’t see them. I kept running into them until my mom and dad put butterfly stickers on the doors. Ssh.. my favorite treats are anything I’m not allowed to have. I pretty much have full run of the house. I have my own door to the screened porch and step stools so I don’t have to jump high. It’s a cat life for me! |

Ssh… don’t tell Dr. Lutz and Dr. Wood but my favorite treats are bacon treats. I am so spoiled I get to sleep wherever I want as long as my mom is close by! |
